In an effort to continue to provide the best service for our customers, Paul Miller Autogroup is looking for someone to fill the position for Guest Services. This position will assist managers with customer interaction and the install process.
Job
Purpose:
Serves customers by planning, implementing, and evaluating customer service systems; directing staff.
Duties:
* Accomplishes customer service human resource strategies by determining accountabilities; communicating and enforcing values, policies, and procedures; implementing recruitment, selection, orientation, training, coaching, counseling, disciplinary, and communication programs; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions; planning and reviewing compensation strategies.
* Develops customer service organizational strategies by contributing customer service information, analysis, and recommendations to strategic thinking and direction; establishing customer service objectives in line with organizational objectives.
* Establishes customer service operational strategies by evaluating trends; establishing critical measurements; determining production, productivity, quality, and customer-service strategies; designing customer service systems; accumulating resources; resolving problems; implementing change.
* Satisfies customer issues by receiving correspondence; answering inquiries; resolving complaints.
* Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
* Accomplishes customer service and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
