For the month of December, our four stand-out employees are: KEN MOORE of the Sales Department! JACKIE BRINEGAR and JEFF COLE of the Maintenance Department! CATHY SHELTON of Corporate! A big congratulations to all of them!
KEN MOORE: "Ken takes to heart the pride of working at Paul Miller. He takes the time to help not only his customers, but any other customers that need his assistance. If we all worked with his pride and dedication, we would always be #1! He has been a stellar employee here for five and a half years, where he has crafted his trade of selling in the New Ford Sales department. He was our 2007 Salesman of the Year and has been keeping up that same level of professionalism ever since. During our tough 2009, his perseverance has always kept him going. As he will tell you, 'You have to stay focused and stick with what works even when a bad month hits you, keep pushing and next month will be better!'"
JACKIE BRINEGAR: "We'd love nothing more than to recognize Jackie as earning the Excellence of the Month for December due to his hard work, dedication, and willingness to make sure that Paul Miller & Companies are maintained and bright, each and every day. David Wilson believes that he "could never have been able to get each of the collision centres off the ground and running without the help of Jackie and Jeff." Jackie works hard each day to make sure each establishment is in order. He has been a valued member of the Paul Miller team since 2002 and we want to thank you again for doing such a great job here at Paul Miller Autogroup!"
JEFF COLE: "Jeff is a person you aren't going to hear much more than a peep from, but he is one person you definitely see results from if you are an employee of Paul Miller. Jeffis one of the hardest working employees (alongside Jackie) at the company and they are the only two people we have on our maintenance team. Jeff is always willing to help when something is in need of repair, and Lee Beall claims that "he would go up and beyond to make sure that each Paul Miller building looks and runs like new." Jeff has been a Paul Miller employee for over five years now. Next time you see him, or Jackie, be sure to thank them for doing such a great job keeping Paul Miller a welcoming place for all of us as well as our customers!"
CATHY SHELTON: "Here at Paul Miller, we are so lucky to have such an amazing person like Cathy out on our front lines. She is the first person customers come into contact with over the phone and her friendly voice and positive attitude instantly put our customers at ease and give them the confidence that they are choosing the right dealership. She is always caring and willing to help anyone who needs it. She notices everything and is always the very definition of professionalism. She is a genuine friend and everyone who knows her just can't help but love her! Cathy has been a part of the Paul Miller family for almost 18 years and we look forward to many more with her!"
