I want to express my thanks to your company for the great service we received recently.
While traveling from Florida to Ohio we broke down at the Welcome Center coming into Kentucky. You were the only Ford dealer with service on Saturday.
We had to be towed 115 miles to reach Lexington. Your service department was amazing, convenient, and relaxing. Jennifer Atwood the Service Advisor was outstanding. You are fortunate to have someone like her to meet your customers in their distress. She quickly attended to us. After analyzing the problem, she informed us that the parts would not be available until Monday; however, we were entitled to the use of a rental car, free on our extended warranty. She had already brought up a C-Max car that we liked and will maybe purchase one day in the future.
The young man Nick also helped download our cell phone to the Blue Tooth of the loaner and back to our car when we returned. He also suggested a nice restaurant to eat lunch nearby.

were perfect gentlemen and were very professional while assisting us
during our purchase of our beautiful 2013 Explorer. Thanks you for

Jeff Keller, the salesman who took care of me did a fantastic job
answering my questions and guiding me through the ordering/purchasing
process of my vehicle. He was quick to return my phone calls and he was
always kind, courteous and helpful. ‘
Ken Finn and the sales mgr were very friendly and there was no high
pressure, strong arm sales approach. They were very willing to get what
we wanted and made that happen. The process was very good. We were told
at another location that you could not even order an explorer and were
on back order and would take over a year to get one. Paul miller ford
got us what we wanted within 48hrs. great job!~
