Legacy of Leadership: JP Miller, Jr. Continues the Family Tradition

For 73 years, the Ford Dealer Council has been the voice of Ford dealers nationwide. And for us at Paul Miller Ford, it’s a family affair. The founder of our dealership, Paul E. Miller, served on the Ford Dealer Council. Keeping up with the tradition, his grandson followed in his footsteps. JP Miller, CEO of Paul Miller Motor Company, has been a member since 2015. Currently, JP serves as National Vice Chairman, and in 2019, he will become the Chairman.

Through his role as National Vice Chairman, JP has developed a special relationship with the Ford corporate headquarters in Dearborn, MI, along with Ford dealers across the country. “It’s an honor to have been elected by my peers to serve on the Dealer Council. Through this role, our dealership can continue to be influential and thrive,” said JP.

The Ford Dealer Council represents more than 3,000 Ford dealers across the country, and Paul Miller Ford is the only Lexington-based dealership with representation on the Council. We love working hand in hand with the motor company—allowing us to guide decision making for the benefit of Ford dealerships, and ultimately, our customers. That’s our legacy of leadership—our family has been here in Lexington for 65 years, and we’ll be part of this community for generations to come.
